AUTHORIZED RETURNS strives for 100% customer satisfaction. will work with the buyer to resolve all issues.  If for any reason a return or exchange is necessary, the buyer must first contact for authorization and return shipping address confirmation. 

All authorized returns must be shipped within the one-day inspection period to the specific address provided by with the return authorization. 

If a garment is damaged in shipping, the buyer must immediately notify the shipper to comply with their claim process. cannot be responsible for garment damaged in shipping.  However, will work with both the shipper and buyer to replace the damaged garment under the terms and conditions of the shipper. 

If the buyer received the garment in "new" condition, a credit will be issued. If the garment is damaged (not related to shipping), buyer is responsible to pay for repairs or purchase the garment.

Return shipment must be insured for the full purchase price of the garment.  If the return is not insured and loss or damage occurs, is not responsible to repair the garment, replace the garment or issue a credit.  Returns that are not shipped with a tracking number may be refused. must be able to validate that the time elapsed from the original delivery date to the return shipping date in order to address returns.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping & handing charges. 

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If a credit is issued, it is valid for one year from issue date and will expire if not used within one year.
